Why I Love Indian Beach Sapphire Shores

Why I love Indian Beach Sapphire Shores! This lovely community of eclectic homes in the north west corner of Sarasota attracts home buyers from all over the globe. Ringling College of Art and Design, New College and the University of South Florida all have campuses in this neighborhood. The Asolo Reperatory Theatre and the Sarasota Ballet perform in venues in this neighborhood.

The neighborhood is comprised of bungalows, mid-century ranchers, Mediterranean revival style homes and waterfront mansions live side by side along these winding, tree-lined streets. You’ll love it as much as I do!
