Kris got her real estate license in 2015 after 27 years working in mortgage banking. Why the change to real estate? For one thing, she loves looking at houses. Kris is fascinated the many styles of homes there are and the creativity that owners put into making a house their home. For another, she knew that she could use the knowledge and experience she gained in lending to help buyers and sellers negotiate their transaction and navigate the details of getting their transaction to closing.

Kris knows that buying and selling homes involves dozens of tasks and reams of paperwork that can be hard to understand. She thrives in that world and knows how to help her customers work through the process.

A “Jersey Girl,” Kris grew up in Blackwood, NJ. She got her bachelor’s degree in economics from Rutgers University. While New Jersey is a great state, the truth is that Kris loves warm weather. As in all year long. As in no snow. So it was only natural for her to relocate to the west coast of Florida, which she did in 1996.

Today, Kris and her spouse, Bri, live in Whitfield Estates in Manatee county, which is strategically located on the border of Sarasota county. This makes it easy to sell homes from Palmetto to Venice! Kris and Bri always have some DIY home improvement project going on! They also enjoy paddling around Sarasota Bay in their canoe, spending time with their 3 granddaughters and playing with their dog, Missy, and 2 cats, Fuzzy Butt and the Puma.
