Bri is the Principle broker of Preferred Properties of Sarasota and a Loan Originator with Platinum Morgage Services. Bri’s philosophy has always been that the needs of the individual(s) form the basis of their transaction making every transaction unique. Thus Bri, as well as all of the team members, strive to provide an individualized boutique and personalized service. 

A life-long resident of Florida, Bri graduated from Riverview High School in Sarasota, then served in the Air Force. Later in life , She went on to earn a Finance  degree with Phi Beta Kappa honors from the University of South Florida.

 Bri combines the skills learned at USF with those learned from  years of practice as a Real Estate Broker and as a Mortgage Loan Originator to provide skilled services based on the individuals needs.  

Spare time is often spent with wife and business partner  wife Kris, sailing on the area waters or playing music on bass guitar in and around local music venues.
