Bri’s philosophy has always been that every transaction ‘has a face.’ No two deals are alike and it is the job of the real estate agent to figure out the nuances of every purchase or sale.

A life-long resident of Florida, Bri graduated from Riverview High School in Sarasota, then served several years in the Air Force. She went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida.

In the early 1990s,  Bri got a real estate license and put her finance degree to work. She worked both as a Realtor and a loan originator, handling both sides of the process for many customers. The knowledge and experience she gained in the dual roles prepared her to acquire Preferred Properties of Sarasota and become its’ principal broker.

Owning the brokerage since 2005 has been a whirlwind, to say the least! Economic highs, market crashes, continuous technological advancements – Bri took it all in to keep Preferred Properties on track as a reliable, personalized real estate service provider.

Bri is an avid sailor and musician and proudly embraces the LGBTQ community.

Bri loves playing one of the umpteen musical instruments she has, bass and acoustic guitars,violins, mandolin and a banjo.
